First of all, Diane and I want to say that we are most satisfied with the window installation by your company.
One of our concerns when we first met you was hot to install a window in our bathroom. As you are aware, the opening was very unusual. Your suggestion of installing glass bricks was a great one. You will recall that I was not keen on the idea at first, but when the installation was completed, I have to give you much credit as it was the correct solution for this application. It looks super.
We are also more than pleased with the operation and quality of the windows. We have noticed a decrease in outside noise since the installation and look forward to total energy benefits.
What I am most impressed with is the professional manner of your installation crew. I cannot say enough in the way they conducted themselves. Their quality of workmanship deserved much kudos. The person who did the inside molding finish work was very good. Also, the persons who did the outside finish of the windows were very good as well.
And lastly, Diane and I think you for the way you represented your product and explained in detail the good points of your window.
I would appreciate your sharing this letter with all concerned, especially the installation crew who worked on our project. Please do not hesitate to use us as a reference regarding the fine quality of your windows and the professional manner in which your people install them.

Was glad to hear that Albany had approved the home improvements to lower my energy costs in my home. I was so pleased with the work done to the front porch by your company. John Scipione helped me through Syracuse's Mini Grant Program and gave the front of my house the eye appeal it deserves. Sean (the installer) did a professional job installing the 12 Ultimate 2000 windows in the winter weather. Years ago I had Comfort Windows install 9 windows on the second floor of my home. After comparing your window installation to theirs, I have only one thing to say: THEY CAN'T HOLD A WINDOW (I MEAN CANDLE) TO YOURS!!!!!! I thank you for making my house a little greener and putting some more green in my wallet.

Work was scheduled for a moisture problem at 9am on Wednesday May 9th at my mother’s home. Promptly at 9am, Jon Keller was pulling into the driveway. He worked with efficiency, explaining each step to me along the way.

The windows are in and they look great! We’re looking forward to the energy savings they will provide. Already we notice the house is quieter than before. That’s a bonus. Of course, the biggest “extra” is that the days of climbing a ladder and painting old wood windows is now in the past!
After comparing products and prices, we feel confident we’ve made the right choice in this whole-house window replacement project.
We also appreciate having the new power-vented hot water heater. The old unit was not energy efficient and the vent was marginal at best. We feel we gain in safety and in energy efficiency on this improvement.

I was informed by one of your employees that you are the individual with whom I should address this letter. You see, I would like to commend the workers who insulated my home last week.
Although I could not tell you their individual names, outside of Jason’s, I can speak to you of their professionalism and thoroughness. These men were very, very competent during the process of insulating, making sure that the dense pack penetrated throughout the walls. When there was some type of blockage, they took the time and energy to correct the problem. I was also quite impressed with the clean-up inside as well as outside of my home. They also finished the insulation in a timely manner.

Dear Dick,
I want to let you know what an excellent job Mark Wheatley and his crew of Jim and Bob did on insulating my attic and crawl space. They laid plywood in the crawl space, air sealed and dense-packed the insulation. Everything was covered with tarps and thoroughly vacuumed when finished. They were courteous, respectful of my home and furnishings, and a pleasure to deal with. A slight problem in scheduling through the office was the only difficult part of this whole experience. The remainder, from dealing with Mike McCracken, through the air quality audit when you were here, through the installation and clean-up, was a very positive experience. It has been a pleasure to deal with GreenHomes by EnTherm.

Don William installed the windows quickly and skillfully on the coldest day of the year. Bob Davey and crew insulated and dealt with complications regarding a doorway that was a problem not expected. Randy Tarbell and Kara Dodge kept me informed of scheduling and dealt with parts that had to be ordered to complete the work. Mark Merwin was dispatched to finish the job. That was a challenge (because of poor installation on a window by a poor contractor – not from GreenHomes by EnTherm). He did a miraculous job and I appreciate his expertise and patience.
