50% NYSERDA Subsidy

• If eligible, NYSERDA will cover up to 50% of the costs associated with energy efficiency improvements up to $5,000
• Eligibility based on utility provider and household income

NYSERDA Incentives

• NYSERDA offers 4.99% and 5.99% ENERGY STAR financing — unsecured consumer loans — to qualifying customers using GreenHomes to participate in Home Performance with ENERGY STAR
• If ENERGY STAR financing (see 4.99% and 5.99% loans listed above) is not used, homeowners may be eligible to receive 10% of the cost of energy efficiency improvements, up to a maximum incentive of $3,000, directly from the program
