AC Condenser Unit Remove and Replace, c/w new coil. Jim Maltz was the estimator / sales rep who made the initial visit. He asked plenty of questions and took detailed notes and measurements of the job. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was some trouble getting an installation date scheduled, but I reached out to Jim and he resolved the situation very quickly.

Davonte Dublin was the installation foreman, accompanied by Earl and what looked to be an apprentice. It was a very hands off and easy transaction. The installation was clean, and they followed instructions precisely as I laid them out (i.e. lineset routing). The crew was as quiet and professional, polite when asking to use the restroom, etc. I received a good set of instructions and tips from Davonte for servicing, instructions on the leak detection system, etc.

Both Jim and Davonte's + crew were punctual, arriving a few minutes prior to the scheduled appointments, and everyone was very professional. The overall price I was satisfied with, and lower than competitors by several thousand. I would highly recommend Boehmer for HVAC installations in terms of overall value and ease of execution.

I had some work done on a furnace at a property that I manage. I had never done work before with Boehmer but they had good reviews and so I took a chance with them. They did the job fine. They came when they said they would all of that was fine. I’m giving them three stars because although they did the work adequately, they weren’t friendly at all. The two girls that I spoke to in the office and even the technician. They were all certainly professional for sure, but not friendly at all. I would say the girls in the office are borderline unfriendly. Not rude and not mean, but definitely not engaging and hospitable and willing to be helpful. So I would say this company was a satisfactory in performing their duties, but I would personally call someone else next time.

Always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Rabin was great in helping to make sure our system works well this winter. Offered a lot of information so that we better understand how things work. Definitely recommend.

Amazing that I called early this morning for service and had a technician by noon. They did our initial installation over 10 years ago. Ed, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable about our furnace checkup. Nice to see young folks getting into the business of repairs and installation. The receptionist was very kind, professional and willing to help . I would highly recommend this company.

Boehmer helped my landlord out last year when our furnace went out in our rental and they helped us again today with the furnace in the house we just purchased. They are kind, attentive, and quick. We had the same technician, Robert A., for both occurrences and he is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Even with the snow storm we just had, he couldn't get his van up our hill (we live on a steep part of Polish Hill) so instead of canceling, he walked up over the hill in deep snow to get to our house. They offer service that cannot be beat and we will continue to use them in the future.
