Brayden Bond, and Ben from Snappy installed a Tesla charging port/electrical panel for me. Let me tell you, not only were they efficient, they were friendly, Brayden remembered me and our conversation! Such a great team.
It was about a 30-40 min install and they cleaned up behind themselves.
I would recommend both of them and Snappy to any and everyone.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Josh. He repaired my kitchen faucet. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so I always knew what was going on. His work was clean, fast, and done with real care and professionalism. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also made sure everything was working better than before. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows. I do not usually write Google reviews unless something truly spectacular happens. Things like the miracle of birth or finding a parking spot at Costco on a Saturday. Snappy Services absolutely earned this one.
Here is what went down.
Earlier this year, I had a beautifully tiled office floor installed with radiant heating. It was a masterpiece. Then a tiny bit of grout chipped under my desk chair. No big deal, right? I called the tile company back, out of warranty, and politely reminded their tech to be careful because the radiant floor heating was right under the tile.
This man ignored every word and went full rabid raccoon on my floor. He clipped the heating wire instantly. My warm floor died. My comfort died. My joy died. My will to live was on life support.
He had to come back to fix it. His version of fixing it meant going even harder raccoon. He pulled up tile, chopped the cable into confetti, and left me with a crater in the middle of my office. The scene looked like I had begun excavating for the world’s saddest archaeological dig. I had dangling wires, shattered tile, and an office colder than the summit of Mount Everest. Of course this happened the day before temperatures dropped.
I started calling electricians. Every single one said some version of:
“Nope.”
“Hard pass.”
“Good luck with that.”
“I am not touching that.”
Except Snappy.
Snappy said, “We can do it.”
They sent out a total pro. Great attitude. Zero fear. Pure can-do energy. He patched the damaged heating cable using a replacement section I tracked down from the manufacturer. He rewired it with the precision of someone performing heart surgery. He smiled the entire time. He even re-laid the cable perfectly so the tile crew has a fighting chance not to destroy my soul when they return.
This was an absolute nightmare scenario created by other contractors. Snappy walked in and said they handle nightmares. My radiant floor is working again. My feet shall no longer be frozen. My office will no longer double as a sherpa training camp.
Snappy Services did what nobody else would do. They saved the day. Hire them.
