Mike Jock was my technician and not only is my system fixed but he took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and why. He saw my Shopvac sitting near by and allowed me to clean my own water and save that bit of money, informing me it would be additional if he did it. I really appreciated the transparency. I, without hesitation, made the decision to pay $25 a month for their program to keep coming and doing inspections on the AC annually and also the furnace and water heater. It also saves me $89 service fee and 15% off of the services in the future. I'm very impressed with the customer service and experience.
