Hello, Gerardo and Bob did a fantastic & superb job on replacing my old main electric panel with a larger Siemens Main Electrical Panel, added a whole house surge protector and EV L2 Charger with dedicated 60amp circuit (hardwired). Fully satisfied and cleaned install on my garage. Gerardo setup the Emporia Vue3 Monitor System too! On my next electrical job, I will go with Snappy Services. I was — which having worked with a number of HVAC companies, is rare — really impressed with Snappy Services’ HVAC team. Daniel came out and quickly diagnosed and clearly communicated issues with my HVAC system that have gone a long time without a clear solution. He was a great communicator, didn’t overly rush, and made sure I understood the issues that he observed. Looking forward to working more with Snappy in the future.
I just had another great experience with Snappy. My a/c upstairs stopped working. If you live in GA, you know what a big deal that is. Dee was a delight to interact with. He was very knowledgeable, engaging, and professional. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and got it taken care of efficiently. Bravo!
And I had a separate plumbing repair from Josh. Josh did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He also took the time to explain what I needed to know about the repair.
We called Snappy to come check out an issue with our main electrical panel. Brayden Bond came out first thing this morning and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and walk us through our options. We ended up replacing / upgrading the panel, which Brayden was able to take care of same-day. He was spot-on with his pricing estimate and how long it would take, and he treated our home with care. He was incredibly professional, personable, and knowledgeable - we will be keeping him on speed dial for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend Snappy in general, and Brayden in particular!
A big and complicated job done extremely well. It was obvious from inspection/ evaluation to removal and installation of old breaker panel that lead electrician Gerardo was an experienced professional with great work ethic. Along with his assistant Ben they communicated and co-ordinated the 7 hour job efficiently and effectively. I am very impressed and pleased
