We have a service maintenance contract with Snappy. Ironically the heat pump had stopped working before Snappy arrived. Clyde, the technician, knew exactly what the issue was and we were up and running in not. Clyde was kind enough to take time to explain issues, such as dirty filter, how to work the system more efficiently and much more. I definitely recommend Snappy to maintain your system. I would also recommend asking for Clyde. He is knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Today our heat wasn’t working properly. I called Snappy this morning and they sent Reggie out to the house just a couple of hours later. After a very thorough inspection of what was going on, we were given the news that we already knew, we would need a new outdoor unit. Reggie gave us several options to choose from and explained in detail each one. The pricing was good, and the honesty was very much appreciated. We added the new Halo UV light to our order. This is an awesome thing to have. It kills virus and bacteria in the air! I don’t have to use Lysol anymore. They also do duct cleaning . Being a new home fir us, we are having that done as well.
We have been with Snappy for about 5 years, and for these past 5 years we had our favorite tech come every time we needed them. His name was Dennis. He was always in a great mood, and always put me in one to. He was friendly and cared about how he treated people. He was awesome, I looked forward to his visits, and he will be greatly missed.
Snappy technicians came to my house and worked on my a.c. units. They were courteous and professional. They discussed with me everything they did. What I really appreciated was the way they explained things, such as this needs to get done and this may be able to be done later. They made sure I understood everything, even going so far as to explain what SEER stand ls for and how it is determined. They kind of gave me a plan based on needs and budget. I cannot thank them enough.
Zach did a very thorough inspection of my house’s electrical system. He walked me through all of my options for replacement and repair. And even went above and beyond by dumping the water in my dehumidifier (random but needed). He was very knowledgeable and respectful. Now that I know all of my options, I can make a well-informed decision. I will be utilizing Snappy again for other work on my home.
I have used Snappy for YEARS. They replaced a water pipe that burst between the water line & the house 4 months after I moved in. They’ve serviced my furnace & AC units for years. They replaced my furnace, AC & water heater about 2 years ago and now perform bi-annual service on my units. The reps are always friendly, provide excellent service, recommend services without being pushy, show up when they say they will. I can’t recommend them enough.
