Both techs Brian & Thomas came today to install new furnace and a/c unit, couldn’t be happier with the professional service and knowledge both provided. The job details were provided before it was started confirmed reasonable competitive pricing beforehand and went over all details after the job was completed. The technician Patrick was great! I’m always a little bit anxious having a repair person come to the house when I’m home by myself, but Patrick quickly set me at ease. When he got to the house he explained his process step by step so that I would know what to expect from the visit.

Throughout the visit he was kind, respectful, and personable. He communicated clearly what he found, how he fixed it, and explained all of my follow up questions. Overall I was very pleased with the HVAC services provided today.

Brayden was great. He had a great personality but more importantly he was quite talented. He identified the issue quickly and started the repair. He arrived at 4 and was leaving by 4:50. Prompt service but didn’t cut corners! I’ve dealt with Snappy Electricians twice and each time they were excellent. Brayden was here to troubleshoot the EV Charger at my condo. The pictures are of the blown breakers? (Probably using the wrong term). I included one of the breaker box when it was fixed and power flowing to my charger (green light - previously there were no lights)

Snappy came out and replaced my water heater. Brandon Smith was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my old heater. He gave me expert advice about the problems I was experiencing and he worked diligently to install the new one as quickly as possible. Great experience, great service all around!
