01/16/2024 - Listen, installation was great, and the installers were great and professional. Unfortunately, lately, customer service is not that great. So this part gets two (2) stars. While I had a plan with them, ever since acuring new owners, their system has taken me from the plan, and they want to charge full price on yearly maintenance. Go figure... learning on how to take care of it myself.
01/19/2024 - Shortly after the review of 01/16/2024, I was contacted from the company. They listened to my complaint and were able to offer solutions to assist me and make things right. I did express that once a homeowner hires a company to install something in their home, there is an expectation of continued service with them and a reliable continued service. I felt a bit more comfortable after the conversation and look forward to a better understanding of a consumer and company relationship.

SolvIt and their technician Tanner were just incredible, they came and resolved the issue we were having with our boiler same day. It was a complex issue that required all electrical wiring to be inspected/tested/reconfigured but he had the most positive energy and got it done. Excellent job! We will definitely use SolvIt services again when in need.
