Super responsive and incredibly helpful during a stressful discovery of A/C no longer working. SolvIt sent out a great rep in Tim, who was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Reassuring while going though the options for the type of system replacement was needed and the costs/timeline involved. Understanding that it is a big expense and the added stress of it being the start of hot, summer days upon us, we were able to not only get a great system worked out but the installation happened earlier than expected thanks to changes in appointments. Excellent service! Extremely happy with the overall experience and attention to detail from the technician, Paul. Very neat and clean work performed from start to finish. Their communication from the home office was also stellar as they kept in contact with me to confirm the appointment as well as let me know that they were on the way via text message and email. As the end of the service/part replacement I was sent an electronic invoice right away. I will definitely be using them again.
